  • Joined MFP in 2012 and have lost 24 kg (ca 53 lbs) so far (with LOTS of ups and downs in between). Started to log again a week ago to lose last 11 kg (ca 24 lbs). Would love to have some friends on this journey. Starting 2nd time around does seem a lot harder than the 1st time.
  • Very educating topic:smile: . I had no idea it was normal to go 3- 4 times a day. That never happens to me. Unless I have diarrhea.
  • I constantly go over (not intentionally though) in protein and fat, basically never in carbs. I think if you stay in your daily calorie allowance it should be okay. At least it’s working for me.
  • I’m 5’11 and rarely wear heels under 6 cm
  • I don’t have any strict rules, because if I had, I know I would break them and that in turn would cause unnecessary stress. In general, I try to prepare my own meals, stay in my daily calorie limit, and make sure I have a little bit of sweets (chocolate) often enough to prevent huge cravings.
  • Amazing!!! What a weight loss can do to a person!! I am a tall woman too (5’11) and although at the moment I have taken a modest goal, then ideally my goal weight would be also 155. And I love that you are wearing heels! I do it too despite being one of the tallest among my friends and colleagues.
  • I avoid going to places and meet people only because I am afraid of falling off track. Going out and meeting people has always involved eating and drinking, so I better not put myself into that situation now until I have gained enough confidence that I can do this (lose weight). It’s only my 3rd week with MFP.
  • That's really early! How many hours on average you get to sleep?
