  • It may not be accurate to what your exact body fat % is, but in 4 weeks, if you use the same online tool, you can see how much you've lost/gained, respectively. It's like scales, not a single one is perfectly accurate, but as long as you keep using the same scale, you can tell your loss/gain.
  • In my opinion, losing 2 pounds a week is way too much. It is not healthy to consistently lose that much a week and even if you manage to do so, it'll mostly be water weight.   • If you're going to do it, it is absolutely worth it. I've done it twice and love it. Also, another good thing about it is that I use most of the same exercises in P90X when I go to the gym now.   • Every single day at the exact same time...morning. And I track it on an excel graph. After about 3 to 4 weeks, you'll start to see a pattern in your fluctuations, it's pretty neat. It's also helpful in seeing your progress.
