Rough week this week with a 1 lb gain. Oh well, I think I did mostly everything right with some small level of indulging for my birthday last weekend. I will keep moving forward, hopefully next week will look better! :)

I have noticed that how soon I am hungry really depends on WHAT I eat, and I dont just mean the amount calories. If I eat cold cereal and milk I am hungry again in less than two hours. I found that I need to give my body protein in the morning to keep it happy and typically stick to greek yogurt mixed with fresh fruit.…

Two biggest things: 1. When people do not wipe down their machines. I used some weight machines at the gym for the first time last week and ended up with pink eye in both eyes. Just changed my scale day from Monday to Friday so it is from a partial week, but I have managed to shed 2.6 lbs this week! Very happy!! And so glad to have found MFP!!
