I have the same Breakfast 7 Days a week. Old Fashioned Oatmeal with Bananas, Raisins & Cinnamon. Lunch is usually the same 4-5 days of the week. Deli Turkey Sandwich, Greek Yogurt and a Grapefruit. On Weekends it can vary. I have not heard that recommendation before but It really does make planning my day super easy.

I think it would not matter how much you eat per meal as long as you do not go over your daily goal. However, that can cange if you have a workout that requires you to fuel up in adavance. For ex, if I go out for a 30-40 mile bike ride, I like to eat a larger breakfast. And for sure need to bring snacks. During the work…

It probably depends on how many friends the member has. If you have many, you might be more inclined to unfriend. But if you have a small number like myself, you don't remove anyone... I love Baked Potatos Plain. I realy like them roasted with Sea Salt like Red Lobster prepares them...Skin and all!! Yum!! However, why not add a bit of what you like as well. Yes, Pre-logging works for me as well. I also make sure to keep fruit, like apples, oranges & bananas at work & home. We have bowls of candy out all the time at work but I no longer crave this with my fruit nearby.
