The fact that you are actively trying to lose weight makes this a great idea, it reminds me of when I quit smoking, but I'd still go out and get cigarettes for my co-workers. It was a test of my will, and I won. You are also winning.

I have a high end Ninja, it doesn't blend my shakes the way I know a VitaMix will. I completely gorged over the holidays, like not holding back at all. I could do that no problem in my early 20's but now that I'm "old" I need to be careful. Now MFP says it'll take 5 weeks to lose what I gained. :(
