My goal is to be the same weight (or less) on Jan 1st as I am on Xmas eve! I'm working hard at this and know between now and Xmas eve I will stick to it but Im scared that I'll lost it over the Xmas period! I don't care about losing weight that week but I'd like not to gain!

I don't find that in Scotland to be honest! When I'm feeding myself and my family processed foods with treats my weekly shopping bill can be 50% more than when I make a shopping list, buy only what I need, make everything from scratch and snack on fruit. I don't buy organic admittedly but I buy what's in season from local…

Completed day 5! Have really struggled with aching calves but today was definately better and I feel so much better! Still doing girly press ups though which given what Ive heard about level 2 is just useless! How can I get my weak upper body to deal with press ups in the next 5 days???

Day 3 for me, still fInding it very tough and my poor calves are aching! All modified press ups for me and very light weights! Still I'm sure I will improve!

Thanks Hun! This is my first full day but I am suer determined! That being said, got home from work starving today and ate 4 pears! Staggered to find that was 400 calories, seriously, 400 cals for pears! I am gutted!
