I understand where you are coming from but I think it is best to take it one day at a time and storing "exercise calories" for later use IMHO is a bad habit. You are doing great but I would try to stick close to my goal calories tomorrow.

Finish your day by eating things you know you should eat. All of us binge; did you forget you are human like the rest of us on MFP. But log it and check out the calorie count, then walk it off. Fogedaboudit.

I am definitely having trouble getting motivated to exercise. I find tracking calories fairly easy and am in the swing but now that the weather has turned colder I just need to kick start an exercise regimen. Bullying is bullying and that buy is a bully by definition someone who.intimidates or mistreats a weaker person. If that wasn't intimidation and mistreatment and if that was not his intention I don't know what is. He was not a friend, a family member, a counsellor and he didn't even know her.

I like that today I weigh 5 pounds less than when I started tracking on MFP (and one week after celebrating a birthday).

When hungry a snack of raw vegggies like carrots and hummus definitely takes the edge off. Munching on the veggies alone doesn't do it but the creamy tasty hummus does the trick for me.
