Thanks for the thorough reply, I appreciate it. Yes, I had noticed that about the sizes of the bars, I always had to weigh them ahead of time!
-
Has anyone tried the new Built Bars? I am kind of ticked that they are higher calorie (130 vs 110 for original flavours) and also a smaller bar (49g vs 53g). They are 22% off right now, so wondering if it's worth getting a box. TIA!

Someone just posted this on another forum. Thought I'd share it here for those (like myself) who were on the fence about buying the Mealthy! I'd much rather have the IP brand for less money. https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07VF7J5VQ

It's all good, the freezer makes them better!
-
@PAPYRUS3 I am happy to mail you one if you'd like
-
D'oh, I thought they were only available online.
-
Well hopefully it works out, cuz I just spent $50. TBH tho, I've eaten some pretty terrible bars, so I'm not that worried.
-
Hooray, now I can see what the hype is about!
-
Oooooh.... I tried this brand recently as I'm trying to limit my dairy, I've only tried the Blueberry and the Chocolate Peanut Butter, but I'd like to try this flavour.
-
Sure, I'm not sure it would appeal to most people but I'm happy to share! My lunch salad today is some baby romaine, avocado, maple bacon tempeh, some lentils, and kelp noodles (I cut them up), with sesame thai dressing.
-
I just add them to my lunch salads. Sorry, that's not very creative.
-
Ooooh great noodle selection. Looks like I have a new site to check out. Thanks!

Tis the season (up north anyway) to shovel your snow... and your neighbours! There's some extra NEAT for sure!
-
Oooh needing a dessert idea for Xmas dinner, I may give this a shot! Thanks!
-
Wow, you are my gym twin! Except that I go back home after since I have to get hubby and kiddo up, fed, dressed, to daycare, etc. Well, hubs doesn't go to daycare, and he usually gets dressed on his own. lol

OMG yay - I hope they come to Canada.
-
I like the Double Chocolate Chunk too. Preferably in the oven for 10 mins and then a 1-2 minute broil.
-
Hahahah, I saw this reply coming a mile away.
-
Accurate - I found ZERO pumpkin stuff at my local Winners last night.
-
I'll look forward to your review if/when you decide to purchase.
-
I hope that doesn't mean they will be removing them from Costco. That's the only way I can afford them. :P
-
I wondered that too when I bought it! I put it in protein shakes, and actually it's yummy in coffee too, I bet it would be super good in a latte or something like that. :) As of yesterday my Winners had Waffle Cone, Birthday Cake and Cookie Dough in stock, but not many. I had to dig. Actually I passed on the Cookie Dough…

Oh my! :o If volume eating was about the volume of calories in one meal, you would be winning!
-
I'd love to help you with that but I very rarely eat anything with actual sugar in it so I can't really compare. LOL It is very sweet, but I don't get that gross chemical taste from it.
-
Good to know! Thanks! I saw the Caulipower pizzas at Costco, but I didn't want to buy three. The single boxes at Fortinos are so freakin' expensive.
-
I love it!
-
Did anyone try these yet? They aren't super new but my Fortino's just got them about a month ago.
-
Agreed, it's hit or miss at my local Winners. Sometimes they have tons, sometimes it's slim pickings. One time I randomly found the Birthday Cake and Waffle Cone in the aisle where you wait to pay, so it's worth checking there too. Jordan's does have a Canadian version of their website, but prices are much higher ordering…
-
OMG, there is one, you're right! :o Def not as exciting as this one tho.

Being in Canada, I feel like this about everything that's posted here. I wish there was a Canadian version of this thread!
