Absolutely, eating home is a lot cheaperthan eating out. Cooking healthy is much better than going out for ha,burgers and pizza... Grab spices.. Cook a curry. Healthy and delicious..

Quinoa sounds great though.. I have had puffed quinoa and also baked quinoa bread..

Once you have your yogurt, I recommend you to drain it with a piece of cloth for a couple of days and then you will have a cream with a sour flavour called Labneh you can mix with different spices and use as a bread spray. Delish! Use that labneh with a lentil dish and prepare to be surprised!

This is my average graph. The average is the solid line, the real weight is dotted line. I weight everyday so the average is of the last five days. Clearly there is a down trend, regarless of a historic low.

I would replace bread with "bread in moderation". I love it and bake it myself. You could also replace bread in sandwiches with a tortilla and have a wrap.

Have you seen stores made only for skinny people? ZARA is one of them... I plan to go there and buy a tight fit shirt. That will be in four to six months I presume...

Not worry too much about sugar doesn't mean, of course, that you can go eating junk. Avoid processed sugar foods like the plague, drink natural juices without sugar and your coffee or tea without sugar. Drink Coke Zero not regular Coke or Pepsi.
