That strawberry milk stuff sounds good. I will have to look for that. I enjoy mini rice cakes as well. If I'm getting a sweet tooth, I like to snack on apple slices with peanut butter!

I never go by what MFP says. It always is much more whenever I am using a machine or if I am using some sort of tracker (Runkeeper ect). I rely on what the elliptical says more than what MFP says. I guess nothing can be 109% accurate. I always log what the elliptical calories say after my workout. Hope this helps!

I use the Life Fitness ellipticals at Planet Fitness. Right now I am I have it set to resistance 6. I usually work out for 30min and burn about 320-350cal. Starting out I do 7.2rpm and then take it up to 7.7-8. How often are you guys able to put your resistance up to the next level?
