Hi, I am in the same situation as you are....and I am impatient/ wish to see fast results....which is kinda strange, since it took me 7 years to put on all this extra weight! And expect it to be gone in 7 weeks???! So this time am gonna take it 1 day at a time and set more realistic goals!

Cant wait to get to the point where it gets easier. I'm on Day 5, and i still am sore! My cardio has improved, but not my strength! I'm still struggling with 2.5lb weights for the side lunges! And i feel out of breath when i do the sit-ups and (modified) push-ups! But at least i'm not bored, neither is the work-out too…

Welcome to MFP! I'm very new here as well, and i find drinking water before eating a meal helps me eat a little less and I try drinking water if I am hungry and the next meal seems too far away!
