One breakfast that I like that is filling and seems to keep me from feeling hungry for a few hours is a 50 calorie wrap, spread on a tablespoon of peanut butter and stick a banana in it...good luck with your goals

No.....I would skip breakfast and was in a bad mindset that I had to eat bigger lunches or dinner to make up for it....I was a big fatty :) I'm not here to debate the health benefits of eating or not eating breakfast, I just find that the rhythm I am in, which includes breakfast works for me. I did not eat breakfast prior to joining MFP. I eat breakfast now and I lost weight, Coincidence? A filling breakfast is just about 250 calories and you can walk that off in no time....

The way i post pics is through the image code I get from photobucket. Only thing you have to change when you put the code in is; Change the capital "IMG" that is before and after the code to small letters "img" hope that helps a little bit.
