Just eat less calories (portion control), exercise a bit. Cut out as much Soda and fast food as you can. And make sure you are losing weight for you and not for impressing others. Good Luck

I gave up fast food and i'm sure it helps a little but mostly my stomach thanks me for not giving it pains anymore from that stuff......I can get full off good food and don't feel lazy afterwards and the need to take a nap

It's a huge debate on whether breakfast plays a part in your overall health and ability to lose weight. Can you not eat breakfast in the morning because you eat late at night? IDK... Eat when you're hungry, have a yogurt or fruit.... good luck

My only 2 cents for you would be to make sure you go to a licensed artist (no in home scratcher) and someone who has a waiting list. I'm not saying you can't can't get a nice tattoo on a walk-in basis but you're more likely to get a great tattoo from an artist who is booked for 4-6 weeks and you have to wait for them.…
