I lost my little girl this year (Sept.) She was 15 and was my little kid. It's never easy to lose a loved one (person or pet) but trust me, your dog is still running with you everytime you head out for one and still smiling because you are heaven for your dog and their is no other place she'd rather be. I'm 6ft tall and weigh 238. I can't even fathom losing 38 pounds to get to 200 let alone being under 200.... I say if you feel good and look good, maintain what you got but 140 seems really low for someone over 6ft. I'm gonna be on cloud 9 if I reach 220
