    Why are you torturing yourself by weighing yourself after you eat every single thing? That is a recipe for disaster. Eat healthy, moderation, portion control and exercise. Weight yourself less(maybe once a week) and relax!

    I just ate two tablespoons (33g since I measured on my food scale) and immediately gained an ounce! What's up with that? :angry:

    Is this serious?

    33g is ~1oz so thats why you gained weight!

    a ounce of fat is heavier than an ounce of peanut butter, don't be fooled!

    lol @ preg... that's cute. I think if you eat a lot of it everyday it might effect your weight.in moderation it's ok.
