    I've had a peanut butter banana wrap for breakfast 4 times a week for the last 3 months and I've been losing weight, not gaining. PB can't be that horrible for ya??

    As soon as you eat or drink something your weight will go up! even water if you chug it your scale can say up 10lbs buts its the amount it weights in your body! as long as it hits your macros it will not make you fat no matter what you do :)

    Why are you torturing yourself by weighing yourself after you eat every single thing? That is a recipe for disaster. Eat healthy, moderation, portion control and exercise. Weight yourself less(maybe once a week) and relax!

    I use to do the samething...weigh myself three, four times a day. I will drive yourself crazy and it is very discouraging. Weigh yourself once maybe twice a week if needed but in the morning after using the bathroom.
