Sugar in Your Gas Tank by Less Than Jake

Walked my kids to their favorite park and took the long way there and home. Did over 10,000 steps before 4pm!

IIFYM (If It Fits Your Macros) eat it. I eat ice cream all the time. An ice cream sandwich only has 160 calories. TECHNICALLY you could eat an all junk food diet and lose weight as long as you stay within your calorie range. I do not recommend that anyone does this, but with that in mind, I think you can make your own…

I'm 5'7" and I currently weigh 239. You're welcome to add me to your friends if you would like. I find having friends on here makes it easier to stay on track and more fun too.

This sounds really fun. I'm in!

Followed everyone mine is @BreezyLou2. I know I know. I am all kinds of original with names...
-
Mine is open to everyone. Feel free to add me, just make sure you add a small note so I know you aren't a stalker. :)

Do they offer this at the YMCA? This might be the reason I need to get a gym membership.

She may not be the sharpest tool in the box, but she is very pretty.

Sarah Palin. Seriously. Pop your hair on her head...twins.

I find that those people think they are being helpful in saying things like that. Boosting your self-esteem, while, at the same time, trying to sabotage you with a chocolate cake. Ignore them. This is not for them. It is not about them. It is obviously not being done by them. This is all about you and it is all for you.…

Exercises like this are why I bought a heart rate monitor and calorie burn counter. This seems likes more than 125 calories worth of burn to me. Also, why are the women in their underwear but not the men?

It sounds like you still have a couple of hours before he gets home. Pack a bag and leave for a bit. If he feels like he doesn't fancy you anymore, maybe showing him what life is like without you might change his crappy attitude. And it is HIS attitude, nothing you did. He might have been being "honest" and yes, honesty is…

You don't have to put weight loss on hold. You lose weight in the kitchen, you get fit in the gym. If you follow the intake guidelines that MFP sets for you by default, you will lose weight if you set your activity level to little to no activity. I had a hysterectomy in August, I wasn't even allowed to walk for exercise…

Congratulations, you just won the internet.

Don't beat yourself up over food. Yes, you are changing the way you are eating, but that doesn't mean that you only get to eat salad. Next time skip the chippy tea (thanks to Google for clearing that one up for me!) and eat two chocolates, log them and eat around them for the rest of the day! You can still eat "bad food"…

Cute! (both you and the kid!)

I started level 2 today and cursed Jillian out the whole time, but I did it. I weigh 245ish and I can do it, so you can do it too! I know you can!
-
You can all add me too! I started at 325 and I currently weigh 252. Its a tough row to hoe, but if you want it badly enough, you can do anything! Except fly...or breathe under water.

A baked apple and cottage cheese or peanut butter crackers. Boring right? If I keep the other stuff in the house I eat it.
-
I chew so much sugarless gum during the day just for this reason. I can eat whatever I want to eat right now, but what happens when I weigh myself in the morning with all the extra salt and sugar? I make myself something special on Friday nights just to help with the torture it takes to get there.
-
This is the exact reason I don't keep that stuff in the house. I will eat every bite of it. I can't have any crunchy or sweet "snacks" in the house, not even almonds, or I will eat them all in one day. I have done a lot of starting again tomorrow, and you will be ok tomorrow. Just log it, write a note about your feelings…

I think you are adorable and not at all "overweight". I have never understood the BMI, if everyone is different, how can we all be measured by the same chart?

Yay for boys! <3

I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old at home. When they eat lunch, I exercise. If they are done before I am, they either watch me or they play with their blocks. My 2 year old daughter encourages me to exercise every day when she plays "Jillian". She does jumping jacks and pretends to do arm presses with her "weights". I…
