I'm 23 and in much the same situation - i lost around 10 kilos earlier in the year and then worked in a live-in job where NOTHING was healthy... now I'm cooking for myself again things can get healthier :). I'm adding you! Let's do this :)

Bicycle crunches!! They're final ones on the workout so I already feel like I'm dying and then have to do THOSE; I'm hating Jillian so much at that point. Also pushups. Arm muscles? What arm muscles?

I'm one of the ones with the soup cans ;) That's hard enough for me at the moment! I swear I've never been so aware of my arm muscles in my LIFE. Owch.
