i wouldnt worry about it one bit as far as etiquette...my rule is..anyone causing drama gets deleted without warning...drama free zone! (mainly applies to my Facebook of course lol)

yes BMR is what your body burns if you were to stay in bed 24 hours every single day...its what your body burns to keep you alive basically. and i said the same thing with previous tries! wish i had found this site before i did!

i used to have a Rat Terrier, named Molly, but we only were able to have her for about 3 months before the landlord decided he didn't want any dogs on his property anymore, so we had no choice but to find her a new home. I miss her! But i now have a silly cat, named Molly. not the same by any means but i love her lots!

i do the same i bought a cup with a straw and insulated one...from caribou coffee lol.........it holds 24 oz and i drink 3 of those every single day which is 72 oz total...9 cups.

welcome! i tried WW in the past too and guess what...i lost maybe 5 lbs total in the 3 months i did it! MFP is MUCH better i have lost 12 lbs in 4 weeks!

yes..the more you weigh...the more calories you burn....that is why as you lose weight you have to do more, work out harder to achieve the same results.

i am the same way...but what i have been trying is when they hit...drink a glass of water...wait 20 minutes, if i still feel hungry then i have a snack.....i usually allow myself extra calories so i can do that OR if i do go over calories i just burn extra to make up for whatever i went over so it evens out.
