scrubbing bathtub
i am about to go and scrub the tub...it will take me about 30 minutes minimum to do...not to mention i always poor sweat by the time i am done...should i include this in my calories burned for today under cardio? i am going to take my heart rate during it and see how high it gets and figure the amount of calories i burned…

eating times
was just curious, do you eat at set times spaced out evenly for example breakfast at 8am, lunch at noon and dinner at 4pm and then a snack about 8pm? or do you just eat when you feel hungry or at a set time but not spaced out evenly??

calories burned
I was just wondering, since my MFP profile is set up as Sedentary lifestyle...and with working out 3 times a week for 30 minutes...i walk my son to the bus stop in the mornings, which is only 10 minutes total and obviously not very fast so im sure it doesnt burn much but do i need to add this to my exercise diary?

I was wondering how often and how long i should be doing strength training...i workout 3 times a week for 30 minutes right now. But the strength training part has always confused me. any help is appreciated.
