Friedrich Park is down 10 between Camp Bullis and Dominion on the Eastbound side of the highway. There are zero bikers there and nice trail...it does have some hills and one in particular that will hurt. I enjoy going there a lot.

NW Area primarily. I am not far from the Rim and run the Greenway as well as the parks like Friedrich, Eisenhower and Phil Hardberger.

I did the Spartan Beast a couple weeks ago and am going to be there for the Spartan Sprint in May. The race is a lot of fun. The atmosphere is awesome. The Sprint is only a 5k, so it is a good entry level distance for obstacle and mud runs if this is your first go at it. I would encourage everyone to do this type of race…
