I am right there with you--5:'4" and 143. I'm hoping to get to 125 eventually. I got down to 109 when I went through a divorce a few years back, but I think I would be happy at 125 now. I would love to lose 2 to 3 pounds a week, but not sure if I can do it.

Thanks for the posts. You've all given me a lot of good ideas to try. I want to lose about 18 pounds--I guess I need to check into the 1200 calories that MFP recommended for me.
