For everyone asking,I don't really use MFP to log anymore as got out of the habit of calorie counting and just made me eat to little...So everybody asking how I lost the weight...Just exercising regularly, eating sensibly but allowing treats on the weekend and allowing myself breaks here and there so I didn't become fed…

Aw thanks. I'm following Jillian Michael's programs. I started with the 30DS,then six week six pack,now on my second go of ripped in 30 then plan to go on to Burn fat boost metabolism. I also jog 30 minutes a day. I'm a pig and love food so now I eat religious on week days and allow whatever weekends it works for me but…

Maybe your eating to little calories because your exercising so much that your burning all the calories off and left with no energy? Just a thought as I was the same at one point and upped my calories and re-assesed my calorie intake on here and it re-estimated it. You should never be starving on a diet or reduced…

Go for it..just keep at it and push through. Don't get me wrong this journey has been full of tears,tantrums and upsets and moments of wanting to give up like hell but i've pushed through and out the other end now it's a breeze and second nature to choose water over a milkshake these days.
