Was hoping to run both days this weekend but only made it out on Saturday for 11.1.. Now up to 96.15. I am hoping to make up for yesterday tonight.

I am up to 85.05 this month... I have 10 on my plan for tomorrow. Hopefully will make it to 100 by the end of the weekend.

I was just in Denver this past weekend! I have a half marathon on October 12... Freedom Run in Shepherdstown, WV (the full was featured in Runner's World mag this month). I am up to 67.05 total for the month. .

Great job everyone!! So many long runs this weekend.. 13.1 more for me on Sat. and 5.5 on Sunday so up to 39.8 for the month.

I am 5', 117 pounds and have successfully lost 25 pounds eating at least 1400 calories, mostly up near 1700.

Up to 21.2... 6 last night, rest day tonight and then long run tomorrow. Not sure about that distance yet.

I think I have the 110.. it was the cheapest I could find that had the HRM and satellite. I use it exactly the way you are looking to use it and haven't had any problems.

We sometimes do quesadillas-cheese, chicken, or black bean. Other options are hard boiled eggs, cheese and crackers. I will admit I will get McDonalds are some of those nights..

It will come.. you just need to be patient. If not, you risk injury or burnout. I have been running on and off for about 13 years, probably more off than on. It is easier to get a calorie deficit from diet so focus on that first. Take an hour out of your Sunday to prep.. I cut veggies to grab as snacks, make a couple salads for the week, cut up watermelon, hard boil eggs and prep veggies for my meals. Makes it easier to grab and go. Me too.. their old plans worked great for me but once fruits and veggies were free, it didn't work. MFP has worked great and is free.

After the kids go to bed and sometimes that could be 9 pm. I find nighttimes are more consistent for them to sleep.. On weekends i go out when one of them is napping or I stick him in the jogging stroller.

9 pounds in 3 weeks isn't very realistic when you don't have much to lose. I would probably up the strength training and really focus on that to get the toned body look.
