I have never done this, but I have a friend that always buys plain yogurt and flavors it with splenda and vanilla.

By no means am I an expert but adding fruit and dairy regularly would be some super easy ways to add some calories.

I have a head cold right now. I haven't exercised in 3 days. My eating has been the same, if not eating more and I lost 1.8 lbs this week.

Nope, no liquid! Rack would be perfect. I've also used upside down glass prep bowls instead of foil balls.

The very first recipe-I make it with no liquid and I ball up aluminum foil to set the chicken on. It keeps it from getting too fally aparty. I season it with season salt and it tastes just like a grocery store rotisserie chicken.

I brush it with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Saute onions and peppers until tender. Put some balsamic vinegar in the vegetables. Put tilapia in a baking dish and cover with onions and peppers. Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes until done
