I'm, 5'7" & on the naturally thin side, so my 130 lbs right now make me a bit fleshier than I'd like. My goal weight is 118, but I'd like to tone up as well, so even if I stay this weight & get some muscle, I'd be happy!

I loveee cheese, especially mac & cheese, which is doubly terrible. I usually just eat it anyway, but not every day & (I try) to eat smaller amounts. If you want lower calorie cheese, I think feta cheese has the least calories (feel free to correct me, anybody, if I'm wrong). Cheese also has protein, so that's one plus!

Wtf is this thread... do you guys not even know what "curvy" actually means? Curvy= if there is a 10 inch or greater difference between your waist & your hips. You can be skinny AND curvy. BMR= basal metabolic weight and TDEE is total daily energy expenditure. If you Google it, you can find calculators & stuff. MyFitnessPal also recommended 1200 for me, but most days, I feel like that's just too low :)

I love wine too, but so far since the New Year, I haven't drank any (no alcohol of any kind) & it's helping me lose. With that said--- ew, please don't dilute your wine. That's just wrong. Try to limit yourself, & if you can't, then cut it out altogether for a week or so. I promise you'll lower your tolerance ;)

I also had a pretty indulgent holiday season, so for now what I'm trying to do is: cut out alcohol, "treats" (even small pieces of chocolate), juice (too much sugar), & just drink lots of water & green tea while eating a lighter, balanced diet. Don't do anything extreme!

Mine always get big when I gain, & then they're back to being smaller as soon as I lose anything (& yes, I lose weight there first, it seems). But I don't mind! Right now (around 10 pounds above my ideal weight) they are actually bothering me because I'm not used to them o.O
