Scotch, straight up or with ice, is low-calorie. If you like that sort of thing :) (I usually just stick with my wine)

I think it is, personally (although MFP always lists Pilates under cardio, for some reason?). Even when I only did it once a week, I noticed myself toning up pretty considerably! Do you take classes, or do it on your own?

You sound JUST like me-- I gained mostly due to new relationship/social drinking, as well (and I'm also 5'7") I'll try adapting your pattern (upping on days I work out-- of course, I have to work out more :))

I go over every weekend, too-- I try not to let it get to me; in fact, this past weekend, I didn't even log. MFP has made me more aware of portion control & nutrition, so I do try to make healthy choices, but I know I'll get discouraged seeing how I go over every Saturday & Sunday. Just remember than an extra 300 calories…
