Whoa. Isn't herbalife a MLM?!? Yikes. I would run as far away from that crazy as possible. Best of luck!

^this is how a fully grown man behaves. States his needs preferences but doesn't expect the world to revolve around them.

Jesus. I'm not reading 5 pages of comments and replies - based on the op alone, this guy is at least part *kitten* and you should be asking yourself why you are with him. Most people who are with *kitten* need therapy. (Source: I was dumb enough to spend nearly a decade with one.)

I am certainly not an expert. That said, I do enjoy the book "new rules of lifting for women" and the workout on gymjunkies.com (both the regular and the no-equipment workouts. Others with far more experience than I will come along with great advice :)

Oh, I don't know that you want an entire year with a personal trainer. I would find some one (with a professional certification) and ask if you would be able to pay-as-you-go. One to three sessions might be all you need for the first weeks/months. Ask if they can help you with an exercise plan (cardio + strength training)…

I have had 2 Mirena IUDs. LOVE THEM! First one was from 10/03-10/08. Second one from 10/08-present. Will happily get a 3rd in October. The Mirena has never affected my weight.

You look amazing, congratulations! If you can't see your progress, I do think some therapy may be in order. Body dysmorphic disorder is treatable. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/body-dysmorphic-disorder/DS00559

Perhaps this has been mentioned already. I have found certain things to be more helpful than standard diet and exercise advice. Don't misunderstand, eating well and moving your body are crucial. For me, getting to the heart of why I struggle, has led to more success than any other technique. I began with the Inside Out…

My husband and I wore the last elliptical out. (Not that we were on it at the same time - get your minds out of the gutter.) We picked up a new one today - very nice, pro gym quality - from a liquidator for $325. Please don't pay more than $500 for an elliptical. Unless, of course, there's absolutely no way you can find…

I have a Mirena IUD - no periods (yay!) and none of the wild side effects I'm reading about on this thread. Best of luck to you - I really cannot imagine trying to manage those levels of side effects.

I don't usually have an entire cheat "day" but I do have days that I give myself permission not to track. After tracking for a little while, most of us have a sense of things & are aware of our intake. For me, not tracking for a day is a real treat. Activity (exercise in all its forms) helps me feel happy and reminds me to…

I'm brand new, but I wanted to say that my son (17.5 yrs) washes out milk cartons & lets them dry completely. Then he fills them with sand or rice or beans & uses them for resistance training. He's a goofball, but creative!
