I tell EVERYONE!!! with a rediculous amount of enthusiasm... not only does it keep me accountable, but also keeps me pumped! The more I talk about it the more it is in the front of my brain. And to those who want to tell me how to do it? I listen! If they are in great shape, I will always take what they have into…

I'm 28, highest wt when preggo (once), 190, highest stabe wt otherwise 170. CW 136. I'm 5'4" and starting to lift so I don't plan to see any other weight changes in the near future...

Maybe try some other exercises you enjoy? Sometimes changing it up makes it more fun. Also, look for inspirational photos/quotes to repeat to youself as a daily mantra: "I may not be there yet, but I'm closer than I was yesterday"- my personal fav. Or as soon as you wake up, think about what you hope to accomplish for the…

Yes!!! mostly because I'm afraid they will pop!... also, the sound of someone crubmling a paper bag O_o
-
LOL!!! Thats exactly how I feel about it!
-
Ditto!
-
Worth it if you use it as a motivational tool, and if you spend time calibrating it to your height/weight, wireless helps.

I find that the harder I push myself, the better I feel afterward... In the "I accomplished more than I set out to do" sort of way. And if I can do that, what else can I do today!?
-
28 here with a 2 1/2 year old!

Trimming is nice for sure, but I don't get mad at those who dont.
