I really like my Advocare line, the Spark drinks have a lot to offer. I'm not a fan of all of the meal replacement shakes. You can look for yourself if you like: https://www.advocare.com/130955224/MemberHome.aspx

Good for you! I bet you feel even better!

We all have hard days, its okay! Just remember that today is a new day and another chance to get it right. You are only not making progress if you aren't trying at all.

someone had a recepie for coffee protien shake... something about coffee, a half a banana, protien powder, ice and almond milk...
-
I did almost the exact same thing... My live-in Mother-in-law passed away and I got so caught up in taking care of the family that I totally fell off the wagon. Feel free to add me if you like!

Honestly, I think 34 D is a terrible size. D anything would be terrible for me, I've been there, and its hard to get the cute bras. I'm a C now, but wouldn't mind being a B. My hubby doesn't care what size they are as long as they are his!

Size zero is for 12 year old girls to push them into the ideology that they have to follow the trends of retail.

Thats a great way to put it in perspecitve! I'll be thinking about my little one's future all day now!

It kicks in at different times for everyone, I think its more about the % of your overall weight/size... for someone 400lbs, no one would even notice if they lost 20, but if you start at 150, and loose 20, you would look like a whole new person. Most people started noticing my progress around 18 lbs, and all over again…

I have found that it absolutely does not matter when or how often I eat. Less = Loss. Period.
-
I'm 5'4", and I have lost almost 22 lbs and am down a little over two sizes (from a 12 in pants/dresses to an 8/some 6s).
-
It is my personal belief that you can't go wrong no matter what you do... I would advise not being a slave to the scale though, I haven't lost a pound in weeks since I started weight training but people are suddenly coming to me with that "wow! I almost didn't recognize you" look on their faces.

I once worked in a meat department and while slicing a ham I found a metal rod about 4 inches long.

^^ THIS TOO!

Everyone is a little bit different, I'm glad this works for you and you have tremendous willpower to stay on track. I worry about you spiraling in a negative direction though (anorexia/bulimia) if you are so afraid of going back to the old you. I agree with jcartwright20 that maybe just add a little bit at a time. Find one…

Mashed potatoes. . . . Can I alternate the gravy?

I get where you are coming from on both fronts, my main concern is this: He is obviously HEAVILY influenced by his families opinions, how will this affect where you live? How your children will be raised? What sort of career path you choose? This is a serious warning sign that shoud be deeply considered in all respects…
