thank you for all of the responses. i think i just needed some reassurance. i do feel like i am looking better but then i go to take measurements and no change. my clothes are fitting better so that is good. i do wear a heart rate monitor during workouts and average 600 calories a work out.

i am 5'11" and 209, i would like to get down to 185 or so. I am a private music instructor so I am pretty sedentary most of the day. i drink a lot of water everyday but i will keep an eye on my sodium
