  • I do Muay Thai Kickboxing at an MMA gym, where I can also do some ground game work with MMA. The cardio is outstanding when doing kickboxing and when you get to the level when you can start sparing it becomes something else all together.

  • Meh, could care less about tattoo's it's so mainstream now, that it isn't special anymore, kind of like how guys wearing earings back in the day was a big deal, but at least I could take the earing out - I wont even go into the dumbness of gauges (sp?).
  • I always eat, dinner and always go to bed hungry. I use most of my calories for breakfast and lunch and my dinner is usually broccoli with Cheese from green giant which is only 60 calories. I try to give my metabolism something to always chew on so I can get it high gear which is one of the most helpful ways to lose weight
  • Love Muay Thai, it is my exercise I do during the week. I also got to a real MMA gym we've had a few people from our place fight in the UFC and Strike Force. I'll add a banana with that, For my lunches I'll take an hour out of my Sunday and cook up a crap load of chicken on the Grill…
  • I'm a Rum person myself, which sucks because it is more calories than vodka. I do the mixing with diet coke to shave the calories (at least I tell myself that in my head). I drink on weekends, and 3-4 days during the week. It is my "crutch". To me it is something to look forward to after a long hard day, I don't drink to…

  • This is a good question, I used to be a gym rat in my younger days but now that I'm older, it kind of bores me (because I realize now I'll never be an Olympian with 30 inch arms). If you can get a buddy that can go with you, that makes all the difference in the world because then you'll have to depend on each other not to…
  • You can add me, I'm going for 100 also, but put in for a 50 pound weight lose for this year (baby steps I guess)
