I'm the opposite. When I'm stressed, my appetite completely disappears, which is just as destructive as eating too much. I think therapy and talking it out are great ways to move on and get over your bad relationship with food.

I think you should also pay attention to the kinds of food you're eating. Even though you're staying under your calorie goal for some days, your fat levels are equal to or higher than they should be. Saturated fat is a lot harder to budge than calories and so much processed food will be harder to work off than fresh food.…

This a good idea but watch out for those low fat dairy products. A lot of them have massive amounts of sugar in them and that will turn to fat if you don't exercise it all off.
