you look great! for what its worth, weight training will help a lot no matter what your weight is. i added weights and it shoved me right through my plateau. i was sitting at 120-124 and now i hit 119 after a week of weights

I'm 5'2" and started at like... 160-170 when i gave birth. now i'm at 120 through running/walking/diet/circuit training. Still not there yet. i'd like to be 105 or a muscular 115.

Ha! Go girl!

Add me if you like! 5'2" and after having this last baby i was at 145 ish. But now i'm at 123. I run, play with my 3 year old and try to eat as well as possible.

my stretch marks are about the same. the more weight i lose the less noticeable they've become. i had my second baby 9 months ago so they are still dark but the saggy-ness has gone away quite a bit. I don't really do core exercises, just running but it has tightened up considerably.

go girl!

Ahhh! love it! The mirror can be deceiving, after looking at the same person for so long, you can't see changes. But clothes don't lie! Congrats!
