I use a sportline duo. The watch isn't too heavy, and the band is lightweight. I always forget that I am wearing it!!! :)

This is one of my favorites! http://allrecipes.com/recipe/spicy-chicken-breasts/ To cook it, I create a "pouch" for the chicken out of tin foil and bake it.
