Melinda - Her doctor specifically said she shouldn't gain more than 35 lbs. Pregnancy is NOT the time to eat whatever you want. Kasey - Track everything you eat and drink here; you'll be able to maintain and you and your baby will be healtier for it. Happy Baby!

It inspired me as well. I've been juicing exclusively for breakfast every day for a month and a half; and have done a three day fast 1x and a 2 day fast 1x. I've lost 27 lbs in two months; and I feel like juicing is a HUGE help. I've never felt better in my life and can't imagine starting my day w/o it. I think more…
