No disrespect to the people turning it into a fashion show, but when I work out, I sweat so much that i'd ruin anything nice. Also a reason I dont like to wear expensive headphones, afraid i'll short them out or something.

I find that when I set a day in mind to have one bad meal, it really affects my weight loss for the week, and takes about 2 days for my body to get back to normal. I agree with emmamaxwellbo, try to give yourself smaller treats during the day a few times a week rather than one really bad meal. Your body will thank you!…
