THANK YOU for this post! I started out at 346.4 and I'm now down to 311.8. Finished week 5 of C25K yesterday and wept at the end of the 20 minute jog, amazed that my body was able to do that! Can't wait to run my first 5K and I'd love to eventually run in a 1/2 marathon. Keep up the AMAZING work!

You need an oral antibiotic. If it's not getting better with topical treatments, you're at risk for it spreading into your blood stream... I make homemade stock as well, and ended up using nutrition information from the Kitchen Basics no salt added chicken stock. It says there are 5 grams of protein and 150 sodium in each cup. Not too bad. I'm sure the homemade stock has much less sodium (I don't salt it until I'm putting it in whatever soup I'm making).
