I think it's the brain not catching up. I'm down 55, it's the lightest I've been in 10 years and I do not see it in the mirror. I see it on pictures but not when I look at myself.

I'm the same hun. I have 0 clue what a non overweight body would look on me. I was over 180 by the time I was 13. I cannot imagine myself at 140 or with my target body fat %. I take it 5 lbs at a time to keep myself motivated. I focus on fitness goals. You can do it MB!

I'm 5'6" my goal is 1500. On non workout days I eat between 1400-1500 and on workout days 1600-1900

Buying workout clothes is my new favorite thing! It's literally the only thing in my wardrobe that's in my size and not too big.

6" 198 lbs is like perfect weigh for a guy. It's perfectly healthy and nowhere near overweight or obese. If you're not attracted to him don't concern troll him. That's just sad, honey.

Can't care less about an actual gap but I will cry tears of joy the day I can wear a dress without shorts underneath. I had shorts under my wedding dress and my prom dress :(. I seriously go a chub run so bad as a teen one day that my thighs were bleeding.

My workouts aren't the same depending of the season but I don't have a rest season per se. I do find it harder to workout in the summer though than the other seasons. I need to really push myself to get it done when it's hot out.

Verify with your doctor, I'm guessing it depends on the pill. I've been doing it with Marvellon for almost 10 years ( I stop it 4 times a year) with no side effects.

Hitting the trails in the Gatineau park about 4 times a week for short 45 ish min hikes and some trail running too. I'm moving to Nebraska in 6 months so I'm trying to enjoy the mountain as much as possible!

I do a lot of hiking. Being alone in nature really helps me center myself and RELAX plus is one heck of a workout. I also do Zumba a few times a week .The energy in the class and the music just make it so fun, you forget you're working out!
