My exercise for the day was running for 30 minutes on the treadmill. And after this post i plan to do my usual 8 sets, 30 reps of crunches. Killer on the stomach but man they sure make you look good and fit, especially in the mornings when you wake up from just a couple sets the day before! Big difference! :)

I fully agree. Caffeine is a crutch. It's one thing to enjoy it from time to time, but if you're one of those people that's not "awake" in the mornings till they've had their blessed coffee, forget that. :/

A mans forearms when he's writing... So strange yet I find a mans forearms can be the sexiest part of him, when used properly. ;-)
