I'm still loving Max30!! I am on Week 2 of Month 2!! In Month 1 I lost 5 pounds and 4.5 inches :) LOVE month 2 so far!

Stick with it, you WILL see changes! And yes make sure you eat enough clean food for these workouts! I eat close to 2,000 calories a day. I am in Month 2, So far, I have lost 13 pounds and 10 total inches! Today my workout is Max Interval Circuit. The first day I did that workout I felt like death afterwards! LOL I hope today goes a little better :)

I love Insanity, I have finished 4 weeks of it, and currently in the recovery week. In that amount of time I have lost 12 pounds and several inches.
