I agree with erockem ! I love the schedule, I don't have to worry about planning what I'm going to do. I'm on week 3 and seeing amazing results from eating right and sticking with the program! It's all worth it in the end!

I am very strict with what I eat! and I make sure I reach my calorie goals to fuel my body for the workouts. Also I drink a TON of water! I expect the weight loss to slow down since I lost so much already.

It's been amazing! I Love the workouts! I am down 12 pounds and several inches! seeing that kind of progress sure has motivated me to keep going :)

I did the 17 day diet about 1 1/2 years ago, I liked it, but like others have said I didn't focus on the sugar. I has helped me learn to make healthier choices now with my food and food prep. Good luck, and don't sweat the small things like sugar!

I have a 7 yr old, 5 yr old, and 2 yr old and I also work full time. The kids have several activities after school also. I have done a couple months worth of ripped in 30! LOVE IT and it kicks your butt! I am starting it again today! Ripped in 30 is my favorite! I did the whole 4 weeks and had awesome results! I am doing it all over again too!

Just enter in your own exercise and put how many minutes you did and what the calories are that you burned. When I do treadmill. I put in run/walk and whatever the calories burned show on my treadmill.
