Yea, that has been the highlight for me, I was happy with how I looked at 11 stone but just wanted to keep pushing to get the meds down :P

5 Foot 8, 8.5 at a push. Been happy looks wise since 11 stone, but wanted to get my meds at a lower dosage :)

Just got a cheap exercise bike and do 20km on it a day whilst watching some TV, I used to just sit on the sofa and watch em so I decided to just exercise while I do it. 520 extra cals per day without much effort :)

I just make sure to stay below what MFP says its that simple :), I don't eat any special food or restrict myself. If I want a pie etc i'll eat the pie :P I just make sure if I go over I balance it out and put the exercise in to cover it. Well this is my 83rd day so far I have got from 105kg (231lbs) to 81kg (178lbs) 53lbs so far so doing pretty well, hopefully want to lose another 25lbs.
