Hmm I suppose, I just stick to what MFP tells me to maintain, maybe I don't have a lightly active lifestyle and actually have an active one... I walk an hour each day for work and about 9 hours during my shift.. didn't even think to include that stuff :\

Yeah it doesn't bother me, my only issue now is I have to join a gym as I moved out of my house with the gf and the exercise bike was her haha. Dunno if im comfortable exercising in public :P

Haha muscle! I don't have the dedication to build it up :(, I enjoy cycling and more cardio I just get bored trying to do weights. Plus I have a manual job and have to log 16kg crates about all day, that is the closest thing to weight training I will do :P

I was on medicine (azathioprine) that caused hair thinning, since losing weight I have been able to come off that so hopefully my hair will go back to normal. I am also taking supplements etc now :)

I have since had a talk with her about it and she has realised how insulting it was, I basically asked her how she would feel if I told her she weighed too much and was unattractive and she seemed genuinely sorry about saying it. Well this past week I tried to just maintain, found it hard though as I am used to a net of 1200 cals a day so finding it hard to eat 2200 :\ ended up losing another 1/2 lb. Now I am getting worried I will end up too thin! I dropped under 10 stone for the first time in about a decade haha
