  • Brr cold is right, I ran Sat, Here in Indiana WINDY, only 8.5 miles 1:19 min.:glasses: but I had done a 30 min step aerobic and 25 min Tabata Drill before the run. So all in all, Not bad.
  • I needed that! Thank you! As a runner I tend to forget that, My goal was 17 miles by the end of the year, here it is Dec. 31,2012 and I made it 14.50 Miles in 2 hours and 30 min.
