Cardio alone is not enough. And I heard it can actually be determential to your metabolism if you're just doing cardio. You absolutely need to do strength training and build muscle.

I think people should opt for healthier treats to give out this year. However, I feel like kids are more apt to throw away the mango and go for the candy. Also, there might be parents out there who might not feel comfortable allowing their children to eat fruit if they don't know the person who is handing them out.

I would definitely see a nutritionist to help you figure out what foods would be good for you to consume. If beef and steak are staples, look for leaner cuts of it. And I know Almond milk sounds off, but it's actually pretty good.

I haven't eliminated any food groups and have lost 13 pounds so far. It's all about moderation and opting for healthier choices. Instead of chips for a snack, having an apple instead. Speaking as someone who has boobies in their picture, I think there is nothing wrong with it. We should embrace our bodies, embrace what we love about ourselves. We shouldn't be ashamed or hide it because people think negatively about it. As long as the person isn't showing bare breasts, what's wrong with it?

Just go for it. Once you get into your workout, you probably won't even notice they are there. And I bet they're so into their workouts they won't even notice you. I can understand the feelings of intimidation. But you can do it.

BMI to me is a load of crock. It doesn't take into account of anything. It considers a friend of mine obese and he's nothing but a brick wall of muscle.

I usually do it right when I wake up and haven't eaten yet. I like to work out on an empty stomach. If I do eat and then chose to workout, I wait at least two hours after I have eaten to do it. It's really up to you and what your body is able to handle.

I've been using Apple Cider Vinegar and it's great. It really cleans out the body. The best thing it's done for me is my skin. I have really oily skin and it breaks out often, and that just hasn't happened while using that. It also gets rid of those pesky marks I have. I think it's great.

I tend to not count my water intake. I just go on if I'm feeling thirsty and drink then. Hydration can come in many forms, not just water, so I tend to not count it.

Watch that episode of Taboo on National Geographic Channel. I gurantee it will have you cringing. I'm all for body modification but, this I just don't get. At least it's temporary.
