I used to do a cheat day, now I am trying to limit it to a cheat meal once a week. It helps that I can go out with friends and not have to count calories, or if there is a holiday. For example, Thanksgiving dinner will be my cheat meal for that week. It makes life a little easier.

Anything with cheese, specifically mac & cheese, or grilled cheese, especially on rainy days. Also sugar, I have a serious weakness for cupcakes, chocolate, ice cream, and peanut butter m&ms.

I use agave nectar or sugar in the raw, I know it is not great to use sugar in my tea and coffee, but as long as I log it in my food diary I figure it is ok. It is when I don't count the calories that I run into problems.

I am willing to bring in a healthy lunch to work everyday (including my free day) everyday for a month. That should save my wallet in addition to waist line Oh and no skipping workouts for a month.

I think that says it perfectly. I prefer the term queer, because it is no ones business whether I am bi, lesbian, pansexual, or any of the other labels I could use. Queer just simply means I am not heterosexual, and that is all that needs to be said.
