Hard cooked eggs, chicken thighs, home fries, whole chicken, bacon, roasted veggies (cauliflower, broccoli, peppers, butternut squash, zucchini etc). Great for re-heating quickly as well. Best gadget appliance I own.

Excellent results. I plateaued for awhile and started 30DS this week. Today was Level 1 Day 4. It is amazing how quickly the body can respond. I weighed in today and finally dropped a pound and my tummy is looking a little smaller. Thanks for posting your results...it gives me encouragement to carry on!

I completed Level 1 Day 1 on Monday and have been too sore to go on to day 2. I am hoping to try it again tonight, otherwise I will do a Leslie Sansone Walk dvd. Either way, tonight is workout night. It is motivating to read how everyone else is meeting their challenge and succeeding. Keep it up everyone!
