Thats the thing, he doesn't really take the time to him self, so he thinks I shouldn't either. I am so frustrated about this. Every time I try to talk to him it gets ugly. Try your local housing and consumer credit counsling, usually in the blue pges with govt. listings, out local guys are great!!! Sometimes you need someone with pull. I think it's Good Housekeeping mag. that has a consumer letter section where they will help!!

I am new in this group but I am so in this!!!! I am a huge sweet eater and trying hard to avoid them, that and soda!!! I haven't had a soda in 4 days which is huge for me, so proud. My trainer says that after 2 weeks of steady eating/exercising you can add them in if you want however don't have to. The goal is to put out more than you are taking in everday, so it depends!!! I normally don't unless I am very hungry, but keep them healthy calories!!!:tongue:

I had the deviated septum job w/ some bone removed also, mine was all done internally so no incision, they worked from my sinus cavity! So glad I had it done would do it again even with an incision!

I have Wii Fit, love it but not the yoga on it, moves too slow so I do the free step and boxing!! You may need to change your work out. More or less cardio or weights. Some of us burn fat at different heart rates. I need lots of cardio!!! weights don't help me very much. Also maybe more protein in ur diet can help.
