  • I like to use 1/2 banana, fresh pineapple (frozen),1 scoop of GNC unflavored whey, 1 T sugar free Chocolate Torani or any flavor will do. Add ice and some water, I like mine thick so I add lost of ice. Blend in blender and I only drink 1/2 of it. Not to get too many calories.
